‘Rush’ is the 3rd of 4 singles from Jemimah’s new studio EP. This song is her realisation & apology to God for rushing into my prayer time having not acknowledged Him and thinking her agenda is more important when actually she need to listen to Him & what He
wants to say.
Jemimah says: ‘I wrote this song after reflecting that I so often go to God with all my requests and forget that what He wants first is far more important and just going through the motions of sunday church simply isn’t enough to fuel my relationship with God. Instead I need rid of every distraction and just sit before Him and allow Him to speak into
every area of my life .’
